HIFI Corporation Fridge Complaint

I bought a fridge online for my son who is at the University in February 2023. In February 2024 the fridge started to smell so badly. I reported the issue to Hi Fi Corporation and they said the matter will be resolved within 21 working days. Two months later we are still waiting for their technician to come and assess the fridge but no one attended to it. On 2 April 2024 I called the Johannesburg office and they said the complaint has been closed without a reason and they now they want to start the process again which will take another 21 days or more to be resolved while my child is waiting for a fridge.
