HiFi Corporation Fourways - Full waste of time

So i started a credit application with Sleepmasters which are part of the JD group and they guys were phenominal but due to stock restrictions , i had to start another application with Hifi Corp and i was appauled at the level of knowledge and service of the staff . I started the application on Sept 24th and somewhere mid October still nothing had happened. There was no feedback and the employees were confused as S***. I made many instore visits to rectify the applications and each time there was some other story from them as to why nothing happened. Even spoke to the store manager with no result !( still waiting for my call with feedback) . The kept the application so long it expired and wanted me to start a whole new application but by this point i was so fed up and frustrated , so i went to sleepmasters again and within 24 hours i was helped !
