HIFI Corporation false advertising

What utter false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2-5 days delivery then they come with a delivery of the 10th December. log a query immediately. But today they tell me it takes up to 24 working hours to get your query looked at!! THATS LONGER THAN THE MINIMIUM DELIVERY TIME!!!!! AND I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 18 MINUTES SO FAR!!! The call got dropped 4 times in the mean time. I have wasted 2 hours trying to get a solution to no avail. Have left messages for managers to call back but to date no calls received.
