HiFi Corporation don't accept product damages that they caused

I bought a Bosch dishwasher online and had it delivered at the Hifi Corporation store in Secunda. I collected it but when I unboxed it at home I noticed that the dishwasher's door has a massive bump on it. It's not just cosmetic damage, the door is buckled and it will probably not seal anymore (I haven't switched it on).

I went back to the Secunda Hifi Corporation store to request a return of the damaged dishwasher but the store manager informed me that they don't accept physical damaged items for return. Even though they caused the damaged.

I will not support online or in-store purchases from HiFi Corporation in future. I'll also recommend to all my friends and family to stop supporting HiFi Corporation altogether.
