HiFi Corporation doesn't respond to complaints and incorrect advertising.

Very unhappy with the service received. I sent this message to them on the 18th Feb 2021. I have not received any feedback or correspondence since then,

" Good Day, I visited the springfield store yesterday I saw the Samsung 58" RU7100 SKU Code: ***6 listed for R8499. On the sales tag it clearly says that it is available on credit or lay-by. However on asking to put the TV on lay-by I was informed that it can't be done because it's status is discontinued. I would like to find out why that is the case, in my view that is false advertising. The salesperson then tried to sell me a TV that was R1500 more. I would like to find out why this is the case, alternatively I will be taking this up with the CGSO. Please can you respond either telephonically or via email.
