HIFI corporation does not honor warranty

HiFi corporation has the absolute worst customer service. I logged a warranty claim on my fridge on the 28th December. I am still waiting for them to repair it ? I phone every couple of days to chase up on it and each time an agent says they will escalate but to date I have had no luck in getting my fridge repaired which is within its first year of warranty? I feel that HIfi corporation should replace the asap! It is just is so unacceptable!!!
