Hifi Corporation does not care about their clients

I bought a Smart TV from Hifi Corp in Kenilworth Centre. 2 years later the screen shows no picture. The TV has a 4 year warranty so we take it back to the store who first of all tells us that Panasonic has been discontinued but they will contact them to fetch our TV. 2 weeks later we call to follow up on our TV and the manager casually says the TV is still in the store and has not been sent to Panasonic. They keep saying they are still within their 21 day period, which is displayed or explained no where when you buy the TV they cannot even send us the policy the speaks about the 21 day wait. They cannot tell me when I will get my TV back and they just plainly don't care. What must we do in the meantime while they drag their feet with our TV. Hifi Corporation is by far the worst store when it comes to after sales service. I would strongly advise anyone from ever buying anything from them.
