HiFi Corporation - Disgusting Service

This is a follow up on my previous review. Still I haven't received my online order which was purchased 25 July 2021. When phoning customer care each person you speak to will tell you a different story, they will tell you that they will get back to you, which doesn't happen. When phoning and asking to speak to the person they will just wont answer the phone. 4 different people told / promised me a deliver by not later Friday (6 Aug).

The online order has a delivery between 3 to 6 days. Today is day 15.

Looks like the entire company has adapted the pathetic service policy by now.
