Hifi corporation

I've purchased a fridge via the online on the 29th of November 2019 and have still not recieved delivery or feedback regarding my purchase. I've used the help platform and all the consultants can do is log a complaint on ur behalf and get someone to call you back, but no one ever calls back. For such a large company to have such poor customer service is absolutely shocking.

I assure you I will never be supporting them again regardless of how competitive the price is.
