HiFi Corporation

I ordered a laptop online from Hi Fi Corporation on the 13th of July, the tracking app that they have says that the laptop has been delivered but I have not received anything, I have called the support centre and they say they can not track my parcel but will that they will escalate the matter and that someone will be I'm contact with me in 24hrs, it has been 48hrs and still no reply! This is extremely disappointing, can this please be rectified! Either there needs to be a refund done or the said parcel needs to be found and delivered!
