Hifi Corporation Cornebia worst customer experience

Had the worst experience at Hifi Cornebia branch Durban, with an exchange of an item that was not working, the Manager at the store Melanie was rude, unhelpful and just didn't have any customer service, all I heard from her is I can't help you, and it's your problem, this is unacceptable customer service and behavior from a manager and it's brand Hifi Corporation, apart from my exchange taking 2 months, the entire transaction was handled very poorly and with lack of communication.
