Hifi Corporation breaching their end of a purchase

I have bought a fridge at Hifi Corporation online and I paid for it in full. I was told that they will deliver it between 10-14 working days. It is now on the 16th working day and I still have not received my product. When I call their center they always telling me that they've notified the manager and I will receive a call from them but I never do receive that call. No one is communicating with me to inform me about my order.
