Hifi corporation bad service

I'm so disappointed with hifi corporation. I feel ****med by them as I bought a tv 12 days ago. I have not received my delivery till today. I keep calling and the consultants are useless. Nobody knows where my delivery is and Nobody is willing to help. I will never purchase anything from them . I will stick with Makro or Game. Nobody is taking accountability but they were only too happy to take my money. I'm taking this matter to the Ombudsman or rather refund my money
