HiFi Corporation - Bad service

After purchasing a Samsung washing machine online which is supposed to be delivered between 3 to 6 days, 7 days now, still the item has not even been picked yet. Payment was done the 25th. After phoning head office the 29th they say the purchase was only captured the 28th. 2 Aug not even picked yet. After reading some other reviews I should have known this will not end well. My bad but never again.
