HIFI Corporation bad customer service and after sales support

Hifi corporation Boksburg branch very poor after sales and customer care . If you want stress ,fatigue,grey hair and blood pressure and other stress related health problems then you buy from this store . Staff is so unfriendly they have attitude problems when assisting clients their paperwork is very poor with lots of mistakes and errors making it impossible to submit warranty claims .The store manager is always in "meetings" never available to assist clients . After sales and customer care 0/10 . My opinion dont buy from Hifi Corporation brand as a whole rather buy somewhere else .
