HiFi Corporation = awful service

Like others on this page, I have been unable to get any response whatever from HiFi Corporation in connection with an online purchase, paid for but not delivered. They promise awesome service; it is awful service. When I spoke to people at a branch, they refused to lift a finger - silo thinking again. They are certainly not going to get any repeat business from me. Small Claims Court is the next step.
