Hifi Corporation and KIC Bad Service and Product

I feel like I'm in a abusive relationship with HiFi Corp Hifi Corp Cape Warehouse. Bought a KIC fridge online, 25 June and it took numerous phone calls and emails for them to finally deliver three weeks later. Within a week of having it all the food in the fridge was ruined because it topped working. I let them know 7 July ( immediately) and it's now a solid month later they have not picked up the faulty fridge which I clearly asked that it be replaced with a new one.
