Hifi corporation and Hisense suck

Brought a Hisense washing machine from them. With a 4 year guarantee. Now that they need to service the machine and repair what I deem not in working order. They send out technical personnel that tells you 4 different stories to the one that they tell you the first time they came out to check for the parts. And best of all if Hifi corporation doesn't want to take blame they shift it to Hisense and so on and so on. This machine has since the day we brought only been giving problems. And nobody wants to fix their mistakes. Like everything else these two companies can't even get their people in line. Absolutely a disaster
