I Placed a large online order with many items with HiFi Corporation which was delivered in pieces. Some items were not delivered. It was up to me to make contact with them. No communication came from the supplier. Their call center operators made me hold for 10 minutes the first time and then the line got cut. On the second call, it took the operator 35 minutes to log the complaint after which I had to tell her that I was leaving the call. This company is ***********. They should not be delivering services to any South Africans!
