I bought a Tv on the 28th of November. Today is the 13th of December 2024 and still have not received the Tv. 1. Bought online on the online store on the 28th 2. Processed on the 30th of November 3. According to the website picked from warehouse on the 1st of December 2024 4. With courier on the 1st of December 2024 as per website 5. Should be delivered in 2 to 5 working days from order. Latest should be the 5th December 6. Too date not one call from Hifi Corporation 7. As per call center they don't have stock of the item. Even though the Tv should be with Courier as per website. 8. Th same Tv is available to be bought on their site even though they don't have stock of the item, allowing more to fall in the trap. 9. On the 9th i was offered a refund that will take 2 to 5 working days to action. This would put the return of the my money to the 14th of December 2024. 10. To buy the same TV now would cost R1000 more than the purchase price I paid due to Black Friday deals has expired.

This has been hands down the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Will never buy from them again
