Hifi Corperation's shamefull dealings

Hifi Corporation is a company that seems to have no moral or business ethics. They sell faulty computers to their customers and when you call in the next day, after driving a ****m trip, they simply tell you that they will repair, what was was initially sold as a new item. Is Hifi Corporation guilty of selling refurbished technology as new? It would seem that in the instance of my purchase, it may actually be a *****ulent transaction performed by the Kimberley branch, as they refuse to send a new replacement via courier and receive the faulty item, saying they have to repair a laptop bought as new after reporting it, the moment we tried to use it, less than 24hrs after purchase. What else are they selling under the disguise of a new price tag???? Shame on you Hifi Corporation, have you been caught out???? Lets see what my lawyer says
