HIFI CORP - zero customer service

Placed an order 2 weeks ago (due to be delivered within 7 working days), when tracked it still only says "Received Paid". Customer agent tells me to email for a refund with turnaround time of 24-48 hours and she will log a complaint and I should receive a reference number via sms, someone will then contact me within 24 hours. It has been 48 hours since email with no response and I have still not received an sms with reference number. Upon contacting customer service again, she doesn't know why I have not received the sms and "times have changed" with regards to no response to my email. Then she ends the chat. Basically, HIFI Corp took my money and there has not been any communication in 2 weeks from them (they also do not have any banner on the site advising of any delays).
