hifi corp worst service

i received the worst service at the heathway branch.After paying for a fridge on laybye on picking it up i was told it was out of stock.

i had hire transport to carry the fridge and i had to pay for it. Phoned the head office on ********** i was put on hold for an hour until it dropped.

logically they kept my 6.5 earning interest and they dont care.its a week later still no fridge and no refund.
