Hifi Corp - Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I would give them negative reviews if I could. I ordered a blender online. After 2 weeks of waiting for the product I called them and they said they will get back to me. I then called a few days later and they said they lost the product. Instead of sending another item they did nothing about it . A month later I called and they said they didnt send a new item or do anything about it yet so I asked then to send me another item. It has been almost 2 months now and they still didnt send me a replacement item. I spoke to Sunisha from Balito and the manager at Pinetown.
