HiFi Corp Won't Replace My Fridge That Is Under Warranty

Hi, I am a very unsatisfied customer. I bought a Univa fridge in August 2022, with a 2 year warranty. 3 weeks ago the fridge completely packed out and stopped working. I received an email stating that a technician would take 7-21 days to come out and check the fridge. Obviously all my food went bad. A week later a technician came by and confirmed that the fridge is irreparable and will need to be replaced. It's been 3 weeks and they have now claimed that i must Pay R250 to get the fridge collected even though when it was purchased it included delivery. They also no longer stock the model fridge I bought so clearly they have realized that it is a defective product. I bought the fridge initially for its capacity at 273L and the only fridges they have are 153L within the price range that I purchased the fridge for last year. They also advised that I wont be able to get a cash refund and only a gift card. They scheduled a delivery for this Monday, the driver never showed up, I sent emails and didn't receive a response. I, as the customer, still has no fridge, which impacts my finances and no definite as to when i will get one. The manager is rude and no one is taking into consideration my circumstance.
