Hifi Corp Wonderpark

I am so unhappy with Hifi Corp Wonderpark's lack of communication and service. If they communicated with me I would have received my bed already but you need to phone them and follow up by them what is happening. After a week of me having to phone them today only is the first time they reached out to me via sms to say that the delivery will be on Tuesday. They can't phone me to confirm my address and they can't phone to me to make plans or see if they can deliver the bed over the weekend nothing you must always phone them.

I was promised someone will phone me because I informed them I work during the day so I would appreciate it if someone from delivery can phone me and we can discuss.

I was so happy to have a application with them but now I'm so unhappy. I do not have a bed now I must wait longer to receive my bed. They give you hope just to disappoint you.
