Hifi Corp wonderpark

The service is extremely poor at Hifi Corp wonderpark,I returned a PlayStation 4 console that is still under warranty,I was informed that the console I'll be ready within 21 days.There is no documentation I was just advised verbally,I'm here today after 21 days and I'm told the turn around time is now 40 days still there isn't an official document that stipulates all this conditions.
