When you follow the correct channels in order for Hifi Corp to address your complaints they come up with excuses such as e mail was never received . You resend e mail and get told that they will come back to you soon just not to hear from anyone .

On Saturday 29 June 2019 I purchased a Playstation 4 to the value of R 6999.00 . The representative explained that the playstation includes 4 x pre loaded games etc . I had a strict budget and this did exceed my budget by R 1000.00 . Due to the item that includes 4xpre loaded games I did decide to purchase . When we got home and the unit was set up the games was no where to be found . I phoned the shop and it turns out to be that the representative sold the unit to us under false pretences . I send me complaint in writing which now do not get the attention . If this is how Hifi Corp wants to address my complaint I will not be entertained by it . The first 24 hours for them to respond expired 09:09 on 02/07/2019 . I give you time to addresd mecad your customer by no later than 10:00 03/07/2019 .
