Purchase a fridge online 28/02 - request return same day. Had to fight for them to collect. Now I have to beg for my refund. Bad business conduct as they fail to communicate or to commit to client services. Right now they have my funds which makes them *******. I am given the run around as no one can say foresure who is their Finance Dept. I have spoke to ***, *** and Anita. Same people answer their calls all the time.
