Hifi corp what a joke

They lost a customer that bought most of their electronics from them. Latest purchase been waiting for it to be delivered for 8 days now. Was infomred that it can take anywhere from 3-5 working days witch is fine but day 8 now and still not deliver nor do i have my correct tracking details. After phoning a couple of times and wasted a lot of my airtime found out that they dispatched my item from the store to the couriers only on the 05/12/24 where on their website it clearly indicates that it was handed over to the couriers on the 01/12/24. Absolutely poor service and my item is sended from increddible connection and not hifi corp and neither of them can provide me with the correct tracking details. Last time ill buy anything from them both
