HiFi Corp - Waste of time.

<p>On the 25th of November 2016 I placed an order through HiFi Corporations online portal. I made prompt payment and I was informed that my order will be delivered with 3-8 days. To date I have not recieved my order nor have I recieved any correspondence from HiFi Corp advising why my order is delayed. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />When I contacted their customer care department I was given the run around - furthermore I was told that they are not able to assist me to track my order at first. Thereafter when they eventually found my order I was told that they will not be able to do anything further and that I should just wait. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked to cancel my order I was told that they can not do anything at the call centre and that I must send them an email. </p> <p> </p> <p>If a company does not know how to do business online they should rather refrain. The imcompetance and lack of accountability I found when dealing with this company was mindblowing to say the least and I would certainly not do any business with them in future. </p> <p> </p>
