Hifi Corp used to be one of my favorite stores, not until i ordered online. THIS IS A JOKE

I would like you follow up on my Order, this order was placed two weeks ago. I was promised that it will take 7 working days but nothing has arrived. I have been trying to call the call center , I have left numerous messages with regards to this, i even sent one to Manqoba Dlozi but no luck, can i get my order delivered urgently or have my money back.

this is a joke and not acceptable and i hope it goes to the highest manager that HIFI Corp has dropped the ball with so many competitors nowadays its pathetic

please get back to me with a date of when my TV will arrive, i will still take this further ***
