Hifi Corp TV does not last more than 3 years

I bought my first tv in 2019 in less than 2 years it stopped working I took it back to the shop, they checked it and say they cant repair it and credited me to take a new tv mind you I needed to top up since tv's are now expensive. That new TV stopped working within 3 years same issue sound coming with no pictures I took it back they called me after a month and say I must come pay for repair fee I went to the shop to pay when I got there I waited for more hour and a while I was getting frustrated they say no they made a mistake they can't repair the tv I have been credited a new tv thats when I started fighting with them that I cant be alway topping up money for a new tv and why if the life span of their tv so short. All this time when I ask for manager is like am just a stupid I asked them to fix my tv and they are not showing any interest in doing that. I think they are selling us faulty goods and they credit us so they can increase their sales because we will have to top up
