Hifi Corp Sucks!

Guys be careful what you buy at Hifi Corp. After returning my JBL 3.1 Soundbar for the 5th time due to a factory default they still gave me attitude and was not willing to sort me out with a refund or store credit. According to them the problem arrised because I was putting my subwoofer to closely to the wall and the power cable was bend. Only when I got into contact with JBL directly they told me I should take the product to Mastercare in Maitland and after doing so they called me the next day and said the unit was broken. I got into contact with Hifi Corp N1 City and they said I can just bring my till slip and they will credit me. Upon arrival I told the same lady that I spoken to over the phone that im here for my refund and showed her my till slip. Again they wanted to come up with new stories that I should still bring in the unit (which was broken). After a huge argument I got my store credit. I will spend this credit at Hifi Corp and they will never see me again.
