Hifi Corp Springfield- Zero out of 10

Hifi Corp Springfield. Pathetic customer service. After 10 minutes of looking for assistance on the floor eventually one member of staff pointed me to another gentleman who agreed to help. That gent went to the entrance of the staff only entrance, played on his phone for 15 minutes all in direct view of myself and my wife waiting for him to assist and then left back onto the floor not to be found again. I then had to try and find assistance on the floor again which took another 15 minutes as it seemed nobody was on the floor doing their job of providing customer service/assistance. I eventually went to the lady right at the front of the store who went out of her way to assist us. Aside from that lady the customer service from that department was absolutely pathetic and non existent.
