HIFI Corp spoiled my Xmas plans

I am very upset and honestly disappointed in how hi fi corporation (President Square in powerville vereeniging) is treating my complaint. My fridge has not been repaired or replaced since beginning of December, I have had to buy groceries, including meat and ice creams twice this month, I am supposed to be hosting my family as we will be celebrating my new home, however everything in the fridge is rotten, I don't remember the last time I had a decent meal at home due to this, I doubt I will ever buy anything from hi fi Corp, because majority of the things I purchased when the store had it grand opening are not even working, just 11 months later. It is supposed to be a joyous time for me and my family as an essential worker who had the hardest year due to Covid yet I have a very disappointing task of having to cancel my family from visiting. I logged a call a number of times with the store yet I have not been helped. The cashiers were rude and very impatient with assisting me to log the calls. I am utterly disappointed and dreading the Christmas day as people will be with their families and the same can't be said for me.
