Hifi Corp special with no stock

I bought a HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One which was on special. The special hasn't even been running that long. Customer service called to let me know they already had no stock. My only option was to upgrade for an extra R1000. They weren't even willing to compromise with an adjusted price for my inconvenience. Now I have to wait 5-7 working days to get my own money back. Absolutely pathetic planning and service. I will never buy from them again
