HIFI CORP SOUTHGATE

I bought R21000 goods from HIFI CORP at Southgate in Nov 2019. With the purchase came a gift voucher wich I wanted to redeem for a frying pan. I couldnt because they were out of stock. I was promised that they would contact me when they have stock again. Needless to say it didnt happen. I went to the store 3 weeks ago and dicussed the matter with the store manager who promised me that he would phone me the next day...needless to say it didnt happen either.
