Hifi Corp should just shut down. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling.

I'm furious with this company. Not just the branch in Southgate but the company as a whole because I've even resorted to doing this because of the lack of professionalism, empath. I've tried reaching out to their complaints department as well as Facebook page for assistance but I've been ignored. I purchased a fridge on the 15th of December and I still haven't received it. I'm being sent from pillar to post everytime I call the staff always gives me the run around saying they would check and get back to me but never do. I've made countless calls and sent countless emails trying to get assistance but I still haven't received my fridge. I called yesterday and was told my fridge would be delivered today I should stay put and I did but the delivery never came. I'm so exhausted guys I've never seen such lack of professionalism and no sense of urgency. Just imagine waiting 2weeks for a delivery this is unacceptable guys. I'm distraught by your actions, you've inconvenienced me in so many ways.
