HIfi Corp Shelly Beach ****** me!!!!!

I bought a TV at Hifi Corp after a year it was faulty a returned it for repairs and they said i must come back after 21 days but i drived 89km when i arrived there the store was closed down at Port Shepstone Shelly beach, i tried to call them but no answer thereafter i called the head office which i was told Penelope will call of which she did but she gave me attitude therefore i didn't get the help i need, i have called the head office more than 10 times then they said they refunded me when i request proof of payment they did not respond up until now i am not refunded and i don't have my tv back, i have been dealing with this issue from 22 August up until now, *** please follow-up on this issue urgently
