HIFI CORP SELLS JUNK!

I ad purchased 2 Diamond TV's as well as 2 Fridges from your store in 2019. The 1 TV was purchased in July 2019 for my Mum in Durban which was delivered by your Springfield branch. The TV has now just stopped working, i fully understand that it is now out of warranty but surely you could engage with your supplier to assist with booking it in for repairs? like every other retailer does? I don't mind paying for the repair but for you guys to simply say that it is out of warranty and we do not offer repairs is just insane! Why on earth do you sell products if you cannot offer a follow up service??? Are we now just supposed to throw these TV's away as they are obviously only designed to last 12 months and no ,longer than that! Note to self! Never buy **** from this Hifi Corp ever again!
