Hifi corp Rustenburg service from hell.

@hifi corp Rustenburg, today, eanted to buy 2 smart/fitness watches. I was not greet properly by salesman Freddy to start off with. After eaiting approximately 20 minutes for Freddy to get the keys from the back to open the glass cabinet, I decided to buy to of the watches. The one watch I was told is out of stock, but it was on display? Anycase changed my mind and chose a different one, Freddy then explained he can't help me furthermore he'll get someone else to assist me (name unknown) but the shortest guy on the floor though. He then also had me waiting another 10 minutes, assisting other customers after I showed him what I wanted to buy, moving fridges out the front door etc. I then decided to leave, after nearly 30 minutes of no service. I did not find what I was looking for anywhere else and decided to return once more, only to much regret I was told they're closed, even though I was able to go inside and it was 15 minutes before closing time. I was told they'll not be able to sell me the watches at exactly 14h45 as the cashiers had already left. I would really appreciate if there could be some sort of explanation for this behavior and if this is the way how customers are treated via hifi corp standards. I will however like to see those two arrogant and *********** floor salesman take disciplinary action, otherwise I will be sure to report them to the customer complaints commission. Reading the other recent reviews, I can also see that there is quite a lack of respect throughout these corporations and somethings needs to be done drastically.
