Hifi Corp Rustenburg

I was at hifi corp Rustenburg on thursday 30th November where I wanted to purchase a 55" Sansui UHD tv R5499. When I got there I was told by the salesmen that it has been sold out.(first day of the promotion) when I asked him how can it be its the first day of the promotion I was told there was only one in stock, I then asked to speak to a manger where no body wanted to help me after I asked the guy that I was send to if he ia the manger he told me they are all managers that is maybe the problem to many Captains on one ship and no sailors. when I insisted that he check when the stock will arrive, he check and told me that no one has order the stock and that they will not get any stock in. It is shocking that a Big Company can have so unprofessional staff and service. I will never support Hifi Corp in the future.
