HIFI CORP REPAIR SHADY
My TV and sound bar has been booked for repair beyond 21 days with absolutely no meaningful feedback from HIFI Corp N1 city. This is absolutely atrocious I have received no updates apart from a reference number with no assurance regarding the safety of my equipment, this is beyond reproach. I am left with nothing, and for all my goods could have been taken by some outsourced vendor of theirs with no confirmation of return

15 Feb 2024, 19:33I received my TV back and they took my sound bar admitting to selling me a faulty sound bar and they have not replaced the sound bar - not feedback, nothing mentioned. What’s worse is that they returned my TV without repairing it and it seems the supplier damaged the side panel of my TV that’s a barely a year old - disgraceful
