HiFi Corp refusing to give my Laptop sent for repairs

<p>I submitted my HP laptop at HiFi Corporation in Carnival Mall for repairs on the 1st June 16. Since then its almost 2 months, no feedback from the store concerning the repairs. I have tried to call their head office resolution number ***for help, but no one is assisting me in this matter.</p> <p>I am so suprised that a big company like HiFi Corp can treat its customers like trash. Their service is way poor compared to Game,Makro, Checkers etc. I use the Laptop for my daily activities now my life is in a mess because of *********** HiFi Corp. When can i get my repaired laptop as its long overdue now?</p>
