Hifi corp refused to refund me!

They sold me a tv with maggots and they are refusing to refund me. They have had the tv with them for over two months with. They promised to give me feedback, promised to call me back. I have been dealing with the blackheath and woodmead store. Boitumelo, the woodmead, manger was very very rude and she told me that she won't refund me. They also accused me of having a ****roach infestation in my house. They report is wrong cause maggots are coming out not ****roaches. I was called on monday and was promised feedback yesterday, but nobody called me. instead i got a text said I must call if I want feedback. I am done with this company. I have not had a tv since early June. I want my money back.
