Hifi Corp Refund Issue

I bought a TV for my brother via the online option and paid for the TV. Hifi Corp refused to sell me the TV as they said I could not use my brother TV license as I was making the purchase. This I understand as it is regulation from SABC so I asked them to cancel the purchase. They then informed me it would take 7-14 days to be refunded which is ridiculous as my payment was immediate but I still will give them the benefit as I understand process. It does not take 7-14 days for banks to fund transfer especially for amounts below R10 000.00. Needless to say I will never buy from Hifi Corp again
