HIFI Corp - Products Faulty and service

I Bought a HP Laptop from Hifi Corporation Clear water on 29.07.2021 from the day i received the laptop it was faulty I decided to do a master reset and then still the Laptop was as slow as a snail I took the laptop in were they booked it in for repairs it is now 3 weeks later No one is getting back to a person. I phoned in several times but they keep telling me the laptop is on the way i should have received it on Wednesday 08.12.2021 Still no laptop received, The manager promised to call me as she would resolve the matter and I'm still waiting for her call and still do not have my laptop I also saw all the reviews on Hifi corp and it seems like they sell faulty appliance to the public I would not recommend to buy any appliances from them I would like a refund for my laptop.
