Hifi corp-Poor online service.

I ordered defy multifunction oven on 12 Dec. After numerous chats, the planning dept called me to say delivery will take place on 21/12. Waited the entire day. No delivery. Called the call center on 23/12 to get an answer saying that they could not source the product from Defy. There was no oven. Asked for an immediate refund!! Now being told this will take 7-14 working days. Had no oven for Christmas. Disgusting online service from HiFi corp. Will never buy from them again
