Hifi Corp Poor Customer Service

The manager Melanie at Cornubia is absolutely pathetic. We sent our TV in for repairs last month. The sub contracting company for Sinotec which is called Master Audio Visual is just as pathetic. My TV went in for repairs for the LED to be fixed for the 2nd time this year has now come broken with a green streak on TV, HDMI CABLE lose and buttons not working on TV. This company refuses to take responsibility for this. We have been sending emails to the store manager from Hifi Cornubia with no replies. More than 1 month later I am still sitting with a broken TV which they refuse to pick up, the TV which they broke. Hifi Corp is useless and so are their products. They sell ******* and have no interest in customer care. I will never purchase at Hifi corp again.
